1. What we collect

When you request a tour, we save your name, email, phone number and tour details. You may also tell us where you are staying, how you found us and any requests for your group.

We save an unfinished booking after you enter a valid email, as explained in the form. This lets you return through a private link. We may send up to two reminders; each has an unsubscribe link. Reminders stop when you book, unsubscribe or the requested date passes.

If you join the waiting list, we save the date and contact details you provide with your consent so we can contact you about that date.

2. How we use your information

Willy and the team use your details to review requests, arrange your tour and send booking information. For bookings made here, we may send a review request after the tour.

Booking information is kept in our reservation system and used by the calendar and email services needed to arrange your tour. We do not sell your personal information.

If you use the website assistant, your question and its conversation context are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Our server does not store the conversation transcript. Avoid sharing private or sensitive information in the assistant.
